What area’s do you offer the full supply and installation service to?
As we are located at Springvale Melbourne in Victoria, we offer our fully supply and installation service to the surrounding Melbourne area, if you need our service, simply contact one of our friendly sales consultant.
Do you move furniture for me?
No, in order not to cause damage to the furniture, our suggestion is to empty the furniture yourself or ask someone to empty the furniture, so as not to cause unnecessary trouble or damage，but you still want us to empty the furniture, then we will charge an extra fee.
Do you take away all the rubbish (flooring board/carpet)?
Yes we do, we will charge an extra fee to remove all the old flooring or carpet from your homes and not dispose of rubbish in your bin.
How soon you can install it?
From when you proceed to when we can start your installation is depend on the product availability and the number of other jobs being installed during the same period. If the flooring installer has available time, we will arrange it for you as soon as possible.
How long will the installation take?
It depends on the product availability and how many square meters are to be laid, it could take a day to an entire week to complete. Most standard jobs are complete within 1-3days.
Do you accept appointments?
Yes, we do, Our business hours are based on the time convenient for customers. Generally, customers are full-time. Some want to come after work. Other flooring stores may be closed. But in our store you are welcome to visit our store in anytime. We don’t have an exact opening hour and sometimes we also go to the construction site.
How long is the warranty on my flooring board?
This can vary depending on the specification of your product and whether the product is being used in a residential or commercial setting. Typical residential warranties are 25years and installation is 1years.
Are your contractor licensed and full insured?
We are the member of ATFA and quick step master licence. Public liability insurance covered.
